How to use

1) Remove the cap and place the exposed tip in the urine stream for 10 seconds, ensuring it’s thoroughly wet - DO NOT hold the stick upside down.

2) Fit the cap and lay the test on a flat surface and wait 10 minutes. 

3) Read the results. 

How to Read the Results – After waiting 10 minutes, check the Control Line (C) and Test Line (T) on the stick. 

Positive Result (Likely Menopause or Perimenopause)

Two lines appear: One in the Control (C) region and one in the Test (T) region. The Test line (T) is as dark or darker than the Control line (C).

Interpretation: This means your Follicle-Stimulating Hormone (FSH) level is likely 25 mIU/mL or higher, which can indicate that your body is transitioning into perimenopause or menopause.

Next Steps: Retest after 5–7 days to confirm, as hormone levels fluctuate. Consult a healthcare provider for a comprehensive evaluation if symptoms persist.

Negative Result (FSH Level Not Elevated)

The Test line (T) is lighter than the Control line (C) or completely absent.

Interpretation: Your FSH level is likely below 25 mIU/mL, which suggests you're not currently in menopause.

Next Steps: If you're still experiencing symptoms (like hot flashes or irregular periods), repeat the test in a few days or speak with a doctor, as some symptoms can appear before measurable FSH changes.

Invalid Result (Do Not Interpret)

No Control line appears, regardless of whether the Test line shows or not.

Interpretation: The test did not work properly. This can happen due to too little urine, incorrect use, or a faulty strip.

Important Notes

Use first morning urine for highest hormone concentration.

Do not drink large amounts of water before testing, as diluted urine can affect results.

Repeat testing 2~ 3 times over 5–7 days for more accurate trend monitoring. Natural FSH levels fluctuate—one test isn't conclusive .

Pregnancy, PCOS, or hormonal therapy can affect results. Avoid testing under these conditions.
