How to use - test with your first morning urine.
Remove the cap and dip the test stick into the urine for 10 seconds – DO NOT hold the test upside down.
Fit the cap and lay the test flat.
Read the result in 10 minutes. 

For best result, test twice a week apart - FSH levels can vary so tracking FSH over several days helps determine if your overall level is high, low or variable. 
If both tests indicate positive results(above the cut-off of 25mIU/ml) then you should discussed with your doctor.
